Oncogene誌の2007年の論文のFig.1aのAktの画像と、Badの画像、及び、Fig.2aのBadの画像の三つが、互いに類似しており、不適切なデータの流用が疑われます。さらに、これらの画像は、Biomed Pharmacother誌の2006年の論文のFig.6Bの上段の p38の右側６レーン分の画像とも類似しており、不適切なデータ流用が疑われます。
